We accept that for certain reasons and certain cases you may have to cancel your reservation. You should read and understand the following cancellation policy.
- For cancellations made during the whole year, at least 48 hours before the arrival, and cancellations made during your stay, you are not charged with cancellation fees.
- For cancellations later than 48 hours before the arrival, as well as for non-show cases, you will be charged with the first night.
Keti Kapri Studios has a more strict cancellation policy only for period from 22/7-20/8, as
- For cancellations at least 14 days before the arrival are not charged with cancellation fees.
- For cancellations later than 14 days before the arrival, and for non-show cases, you will be charged with half of your reservation.
- For cancellations during your stay you will be charged with half the value of the remaining days of your reservation.
